EVC per VM

In version 6.7 of vCenter Server it is now possible to configure EVC by virtual machine. Did you know?

With EVC per VM, you can now define the EVC mode of a VM to ensure that this VM can be migrated between clusters, vCenter Server systems, and data centers with different processors, without errors.
The EVC per VM is tuned to virtual hardware 14, so before you can use this feature, you must upgrade your VM to that hardware level.
The configuration can now be applied to individual virtual machines. The VM must be turned off to have EVC enabled.
