Update: vCenter Server 8
In this post, we’ll create a connection is used by Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop to create virtual machines and manage them.
vCenter server Certificate installation on Delivery Controllers
Open browser on the XenDesktop Controller server and open vCenter. Click on Certificate and go to details
Step 1: Click Copy to File…
Step 2: Click Next.

Step 3: Select either DER encoded binary X.509 or Base-64 encoded X.509 and click Next.
Step 4: Click Browse Locate a folder to save the certificate file into. Click Save.
Step 5: Click Next.
Step 6: Click Finish.




Host Connection for vCenter Server
Step 11: Launch Citrix Studio and click Add Connection and Resources
Step 12: Select VMware vSphere from the list and input the information of vCenter Server.
The vCenter Server should now appear in the Citrix Studio console.
